Soya Lecithin

In the water washing stage of refining of soybean oil, gums (Phosplatides) are separated from the oil.

These gums are dried in stainless steel equipment’s to remove water. Such moisture free gums are termed as Lecithin. Being an excellent emulsifier oil, it is widely used in Chocolate and various food products including nutraceuticals.
